1. Scope of Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your access to and interaction with https://popvaulteditin.com as well as all engineering documentation, CAD previews, telemetry benchmarks, and technical whitepapers published by Pop vault editin Ltd.. By accessing our digital infrastructure, you agree to remain bound by these terms without exception.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All aerodynamic profiles, finite element analysis (FEA) models, composite lay-up patterns, code samples, graphics, and proprietary software architecture (including the PopTelemetry Quantum AI algorithms) remain the exclusive intellectual property of Pop vault editin Ltd.. Unauthorized reproduction, reverse engineering, decompilation, or redistribution of our schematics is strictly prohibited under international copyright and patent treaties.

3. Motorsport & High-Performance Disclaimer

Motorsport and track driving operations are inherently high-risk activities. While Pop vault editin Ltd. designs all chassis components in adherence to stringent structural benchmarks and FIA safety principles, all physical vehicle components must be installed, inspected, and maintained by qualified racing mechanics prior to each track session.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by English law, Pop vault editin Ltd. shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use our digital resources or engineered platforms.

5. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This agreement shall be construed, interpreted, and enforced strictly in accordance with the Laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of London, United Kingdom.
