HT-900 HYPERTRACK ELECTRIC PLATFORM
A bespoke 800V dual-inverter platform engineering study designed for relentless lap consistency and zero thermal degradation over 45-minute sprint stints.
ENGINEERING BREAKDOWN
The HT-900 was conceived to dismantle the classic limitation of track-focused electric vehicles: premature thermal derating. By integrating sub-surface micro-channel dielectric cooling plates across each cell bank, the HT-900 maintains an operating temperature window between 38°C and 44°C even under sustained 1,240 brake horsepower discharges.
Silicon Carbide (SiC) Inverters
Dual front and rear silicon carbide inverters switch at frequencies up to 25kHz, providing sub-millisecond current regulation to the permanent magnet synchronous motors. This level of switching precision permits instantaneous torque distribution across individual wheels, actively counteracting mid-corner understeer and optimizing apex velocity without physical anti-roll bar penalty.
Battery Pack Architecture & Mass Centering
The 92 kWh structural battery pack forms a central structural shear panel within the chassis. Encased in a ballistic aramid-carbon composite skin, the pack contributes 28% of the platform's overall torsional rigidity (rated at 68,000 Nm/deg).
| Component | Engineering Specification |
